Chapel

St. Theodul Chapel (St. Mark's Chapel)

The chapel was originally dedicated to St. Theodul. In 1506 Hilarius Walther offered a service in the chapel of St. Theodul in Selkingen. Since the second half of the 19th century, it has been referred to as St. Mark's Chapel, probably because it was the destination of the St. Mark's procession of the parish of Biel. The present building was probably erected in 1678. The blessing did not take place until 1695.
