Rules of conduct and safety:

Snowshoeing in Switzerland:

  • For the protection of wildlife and your own safety, do not leave the marked paths and trails under any circumstances.
  • Keep dogs on a leash at all times.
  • Winter hikers and snowshoe hikers are requested to avoid the cross-country ski trails.
  • Always pay attention to the avalanche bulletin.
