We cordially invite you to join a group of about 15 people on our Nature and Soul Sound Journey in Goms from 16 - 21 June to be part of it.

Come from the head into the heart... from thinking into FEELING... completely into the HERE and NOW
- feel your body, be centred, grounded and anchored in your centre
- be in harmony and balance with BODY - MIND - SOUL
- so YOU are in your inner peace, at peace, which strengthens you in everyday life
How do we put this into practice?
- Meditative walks (approx. 1 - 2 hrs.) on nature trails and paths in the powerful Upper Valais
- Simple perception exercises (physical, energetic + medial)
- Soul chants, sound meditations, drum sounds, collective primordial sound tones open the way for YOU to FEEL
IMPORTANT: You don't have to be able to sing to sing together. Your voice is perfect the way it is. YOU are perfect just as YOU are.
This is how we get deeper and deeper into ourselves, strengthen our SELF-LOVE, SELF-CONFIDENCE, FAITH and TRUST in our own lives. In this way, we unfold more and more of our own CREATIVE POWER, our great potential.
We will laugh, enjoy, eat fine food, have a good time and celebrate life together. We will strengthen our sense of WE. After a week, you can return to your home strengthened and full of energy, grounded and centred in yourself, in your body, in your heart.
