Late autumn invites us to slow down and turn our focus inward. As the golden larch trees shed their last needles, we too can let go of what is no longer important or right for us. Letting go and emptying ourselves creates space for the new. We enter into silence and listen deeply within ourselves – and that is exactly where we find answers.
We start each day with a slow but powerful Vinyasa flow and practise calm, regenerating Yin Yoga in the evening. In addition to asana practice, we practise pranayama, kriyas, meditation, yoga nidra and sing or recite mantras. After dinner, those who wish can join in mantra singing and experience the healing power of these sacred syllables, words and verses.
We practise in the bright, open and spacious studio of the Berglodge Goms. Thanks to its natural solid wood construction and the tranquil design of the roof, the room radiates peace, strength and security.
In the sunny Valais high valley, you can recharge your batteries in the fresh mountain air. In Münster and the surrounding area, there are a variety of walking and hiking trails where you can explore the autumnal colours of Goms.
Yoga costs:
390 Swiss francs/person, approx. 12 hours of yoga lessons
