10:00 – 11:45: Welcome and yoga
16:00 – 18:00: Afternoon practice
Saturday
07:00 – 08:30: Morning practice

Sunday
7:00–8:30 a.m.: Morning practice, breakfast and departure

Your retreat includes
3 days and 2 nights in a double room: £690 including half board and 5 yoga sessions or in a single room: CHF 790 including half board and 5 yoga sessions
With breakfast buffet, 3-course dinner at 6:30 p.m. (vegetarian, seasonal)
