The breakdown of certain foods and the elimination of toxins begins at home after our joint online evening on October 2, 2025.
These five joint cleansing days will start on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Hotel Glocke. We will enjoy the meals together with everyone. You can use the time after lunch and dinner either for yourself or with the others. Walk, sleep, play cards, read, chat - whatever your heart desires.
On Monday, October 20, 2025, after our last lunch together, we will all start our journey home strengthened, detoxified and satisfied.
