With around 69 kilometres of signposted winter hiking trails, the high valley of Goms has something for everyone. Goms is not only a cross-country skiing paradise, but also offers winter hikers a variety of well-maintained trails. Surrounded by high mountains, you can enjoy magnificent views from the Furkahorn to the Weisshorn. Every village is easily accessible by the MGBahn, making it easy to return to your starting point.
Rules of conduct and safety:
- The winter hiking trails are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- For the protection of wildlife and your own safety, please do not leave the marked trails and paths.
- Keep dogs on a leash at all times.
- Winter hikers and snowshoe hikers are requested to avoid the cross-country ski trails.
- Always pay attention to the avalanche bulletin.
