Rye bread is still baked here according to old recipes. Visiting times from 1.30 pm in the bakery in Biel.
The original Valais rye bread is produced by our "bakers" using sourdough. In the oven - heated with wood from our forests - the shaped loaves are baked into crispy rye bread. If you like, you can buy rye bread on site.
