A valuable break to find peace, immerse yourself in silence and reconnect with yourself. Three days of yoga, nature and slowing down await you, far away from everyday life.
We start the day with pranayama, meditation and a powerful, mindful yoga class. Your breath guides you through the practice. In the evening, gentle and calming yoga sequences await you, bringing your body and mind to rest. During these days, we focus inward, find silence and strengthen our connection to ourselves.
Our practice takes place in the light-filled, open attic of the Berglodge Goms, which creates a soothing atmosphere. The sunny Valais high valley inspires you to pause and breathe deeply. Here you can recharge your batteries in the fresh mountain air with a leisurely walk. In Münster and the surrounding area, there are a variety of walking and hiking trails where you can explore the autumnal colours of Goms.
