The House zum Trogji is located on the western edge of Münster, in a quiet and sunny location. The house is within a short walking distance to the cross-country skiing trails in winter and to the hiking and biking paths in summer. Ski tours can be accessed directly from the front door, and in summer there is also the opportunity to climb in the surrounding area. Shopping facilities can also be found in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is included with the apartment and is located directly in front of the house.

The rental costs include the apartment rent, additional costs, and tourist tax.
Bedding, kitchen towels, and cleaning cloths are provided and will be charged at CHF 15.00 / person for washing.
Please bring your own bath towels.
A Nespresso coffee capsule machine is available. Please bring your own capsules.
A raclette grill and a fondue pot are available.
Dishes and cutlery for at least 4 people are provided.
The apartment cleaning is done by the tenants. Below you will find a description of it.

Access to the apartment: Every Saturday from 3:00 PM.
Parking: Located on the south side (entrance on the left) of the house, marked with the name "Sonderegger" on the house wall.
Apartment key: It is deposited at the entrance in the milk box "H. Sonderegger".
The apartment is located on the 1st floor to the right. See the door sign at the doorbell "H. Sonderegger".
Bedding: Is ready on the beds and must be made by yourself.
Sofa bed: The bed cushions and duvets are located under the sofa bed. Please unfold the seating area.
The apartment heating can be set individually. There is a manually adjustable dial located by the wardrobe.
Please observe the house rules:
Important: Please store skis, poles, and shoes in the basement on the ground floor, basement "H. Sonderegger" 2nd door on the right. The key to the basement is hanging on the key board in the kitchen to the right.
Washing facilities available (laundry room on the ground floor with coin-operated machines).
Apartment cleaning and handover:
The apartment cleaning and handover will be charged CHF 90.00 and takes place every Saturday by 11:00 AM or by appointment with Mrs. Elisabeth Ritz, Tel. +41 78 753 93 29. Please make an appointment by Friday evening.
Please strip the bedding and place it in the laundry basket.
Kitchen towels and cleaning cloths should also be placed in the laundry basket.
Please take all food items back home with you.
The garbage bag and other waste such as glass, aluminum, and paper can be disposed of at the waste collection point, Furkastrasse 19, 3985 Münster (next to Goms Tourism).
Please report any damaged items to the landlord.
