Cancellation Policy
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest pays 100% of the package price.
We recommend taking out cancellation cost insurance together with the booking.
Payment Terms
The deposit is 50% of the package price. This amount is due no later than 10 days after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. Any additional incidental costs will be settled before arrival. The amounts of the deposit and remaining payment are outlined in your rental agreement.
Self-check-in from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. We are available by phone until 7.00 p.m. Please let us know if you are arriving after 7.00 p.m.
Self-check-out until 9.00 a.m.
Check-in is done via a key box at the accommodation. The code will be provided before arrival.
Please return the key to the key box upon departure.
