For more than 65 years, the Grill Restaurant Baschi has been offering its guests a wide variety of grilled specialties. Just like in 1951, the meat is traditionally grilled over an open fire. The "Baschi" has undergone several changes over the years, but the motto has remained the same, "tradition and quality".
Meat
Our Natura-Beef and meat from grazing animals, which is prepared in a natural way, are highly appreciated by our guests. Over the open fire, grilled exclusively with local larch wood, the meat retains its unique flavor.
Raclette
In the traditional Valais style, we place half a loaf of melting raclette cheese close to the fire and spread the top layer of melted cheese on a preheated plate.
Our treasure chamber
Our well-stocked wine cellar contains a wide range of excellent Valais wines, as well as international rarities.
