Specially signposted routes, circular trails and an extensive network of paths make Goms the ideal destination for running enthusiasts of all abilities. Whether you prefer flat terrain along the Rotten, the Gommer Höhenweg trail or alpine terrain, there is something for everyone.

Nordic walking in Goms
 

The Goms region is one of the pioneers of Nordic walking. Follow the signposted routes or go your own way. Nordic walkers will find numerous routes of varying degrees of difficulty in the Goms region. The routes are connected via the Rottenweg trail and invite you to enjoy a holistic walking experience.

  • Oberwald – Hungerberg (difficult route, 4 km)
  • Oberwald – Hungerberg via Gerendorf (moderate route, 5.5 km)
  • Oberwald – Fiesch via Rottenweg (easy route, 29 km)
  • Obergesteln via Gadestatt (moderate route, 9.5 km)
  • Obergesteln Ulrichen via Zum Loch (easy tour, 5 km)
  • Reckingen - Münster via Unnerberbel (easy tour, 8.7 km)
