We rent our house according to the number of guests. Depending on the season, we set prices for renting our house. In summer and autumn, the base rental price for one person starts at 120 CHF, while in winter, the base rental price for one person starts at 140 CHF. In all seasons, an additional charge of 20 CHF per day/night will be added to the base price for each extra person.
Additionally, there are costs for final cleaning of 140 CHF, costs for bedding and towels per person of 25 CHF, as well as visitor tax per person/day. A covered garage can also be rented for an additional fee.
During the peak season, the arrival day is Saturday. The apartment is available to guests freshly cleaned from 3 PM. On departure Saturday, the apartment must be vacated by 10 AM at the latest so that the cleaning team can do their work.
