Tour of the Textile MUSEUM // Permanent exhibition + special exhibition

The ROSENGANG textile association has been committed to the preservation and revival of textile craftsmanship in Goms for 10 years. Spinning and weaving were once part of everyday life here. Current special exhibition:"Creative diversity of knitting".

Permanent exhibition:

• "Old Valais weaving room" - historical furnishings with old exhibits
• "Flax and wool" - production and processing of textile raw materials in Valais
• "Timelessly beautiful": Monika Carlen's collection of weaving patterns
• "Valais blankets": masterpieces of the traditional art of weaving
• "Dye garden" - (only in summer) Dyeing plants in the museum garden

TEMPORARY EXHIBITION 2025 - 2026:
"The needles are rattling" - the creative diversity of knitting
