The International Gommerlauf as the highlight in the Goms event calendar awakens the racing fever among cross-country skiers. Racing fever for the youngest at one of the exciting Mini-Gommerlauf races or the Biathlon Cup. Racing fever also among the many participants in the marathon or half marathon.
Start and finish at the Nordic Center, inviting festive catering, and the Gommerlauf village promise another great cross-country skiing spectacle. The race accompaniment in the moving grandstand on Gommerlauf Sunday is unique for such a mass race.
Numerous loyal sponsors and partners have supported the International Gommerlauf for years. Many thanks! Thanks also to the many reliable helpers. Only thanks to this great teamwork can such a race be successfully carried out.
The marathon route is only fully groomed and available during the Gommerlauf weekend.

Safety guidelines
Use of the trails is at your own risk. Obergoms Tourismus AG as well as the Loipe Goms disclaim any liability and accept no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information on this website.
Use only marked trails and observe all markings and signs - for your own safety, for the protection of the landscape, and out of respect for wildlife.
Be considerate to other trail users. Every cross-country skier must adjust speed and behavior, especially on downhill sections, to their ability and visibility. In classic tracks and on the piste for free technique skiing, keep a suitable safety distance to the skier ahead on the right side. Anyone stopping must leave the trail. Providing assistance in case of accidents is a matter of course. To alert rescue services, dial 144.
Weather conditions can change very quickly and without warning in the mountains. Appropriate clothing is very important.
The winter sports report keeps you well informed about current conditions (avalanche danger, trails, winter hiking paths, snowshoe trails, and road conditions).
