After the start, a short ascent is followed by a longer crossing before the long, varied, and flowy descent follows. Most of the route impresses with flowy, partially technical downhill trails that make every biker's heart beat faster. Always, weather permitting, with a fantastic view over the entire Hochtal Goms. At the mountain restaurant Hungerberg, a stop is worthwhile for a break on the sunny terrace with local delicacies.

Directions
The trail begins at the pass height and starts with a slight ascent on a military road up to below the Muttgletscher glacier, whose meltwater stream you cross with your bike. Then follows a very beautiful, partly somewhat technical, but not too demanding crossing along the Hirschplatte until the path above Rossji turns southwest.
The subsequent valley descent is initially technically easy until you cross towards Firbäch at Bidmer. Then it becomes steep but still flowy until you finally reach Gand via more technical sections. The last singletrail section shortly turns onto the forest road heading towards Hungerberg. It contains short steep passages where you have to push the mountain bike partially. Then you continue towards Unner Äbnet to the forest road that leads to Oberwald and from there along the Rotten bike path to Ulrichen station.
