From the fireplace Rossboden you have a very beautiful view of several mountains in the area. With the two barbecue sites it has plenty of space even for larger groups. At the only table, however, it might be a bit crowded. Fortunately, there are several other places to sit in the surrounding area and also plenty of space in the forest and on the meadow to play and explore. Water is provided by a small fountain. Be careful with the Rhone, it can be flooded very quickly due to dams.

Next to the bank of the Rotten at the edge of a larch forest lies this fireplace. It can be reached from Blitzingen via the road that leads to Bodme. It is best to park the car there, walk or cycle upstream along the Rhone for about 400 meters on a gravel road until you reach the fireplace.
