Every day we knead, bake, glaze and decorate in the bakery - confectionery Simeon Reckingen / Goms - by hand, honestly and with attention to detail, by people who are enthusiastically at work and love their job.

We use natural, high quality ingredients and work with traditional baking methods that have been forgotten. Fresh, tasty and healthy products are the result. We want to continue to be guided by this simplicity and originality in the future, while walking new, innovative paths.
