As the sun rises over the mountains and makes the dewdrops glisten on the golden meadows, we begin our day. In the crystal-clear, fresh mountain air, purifying and revitalizing breathing techniques unfold their full intensity. Accompanied by the mantra AUM and healing sounds, we let our life energy flow freely.

Your Day Between Vitality & Relaxation

• The Morning: Powerful yoga in harmony with nature as it awakens.

• The Day: It’s your vacation! Spend your time actively hiking, swimming, and biking, or take it easy gathering herbs or relaxing in a hammock.

• Late afternoon: A second yoga session focusing on invigorating breathing and deep relaxation.
