Enjoy a relaxing yet adventurous holiday in the beautiful Binntal Valley – a true paradise for hikers and mineral lovers.
We offer a cozy 4.5-room apartment on the first floor of a charming traditional wooden house. The house is located in a quiet and sunny area in the village center of Binn (above the Hotel Ofenhorn).

If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed rental period, they must inform the landlord as early as possible. The tenant remains liable for the rental amount unless the property can be rented to someone else during the agreed period. If the rental period is not fully used, the full rent for the agreed duration is still due.
Complaints upon Arrival
Any complaints concerning the rental property must be made by the tenant upon takeover. If no complaints are made, it will be assumed that the property and its inventory were in the agreed, good condition.
Care and Return of the Property
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented premises and inventory with care, to protect them from damage, and to return them at the end of the rental period with all keys and accessories according to the inventory list. Damaged or unusable items must be replaced so that the landlord does not suffer any disadvantage.
Conduct and Use
The tenant agrees not to take any action detrimental to the house or its furnishings, to immediately report any damage or defects to the landlord, and not to sublet the property in whole or in part. The apartment or chalet may only be occupied by the number of persons registered.
Liability and House Rules
Any damage caused by the tenant must be paid for by the tenant. No items that could cause blockages may be thrown into toilets or drains.
The earliest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
To ensure a smooth key handover, guests are kindly asked to call in advance and inform the host of their approximate arrival time.
On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
