Münster airfield festival

On July 4, 2026, Münster airfield invites you to the big airfield festival. Look forward to a fun-filled day for the whole family - with a barbecue, raclette and delicious cakes.

Experience the fascination of flying up close: helicopters, gliders and airplanes such as the Pilatus PC-6 Yeti or the Boeing Stearman can be admired at close range. A Bücker two-seater also offers sightseeing flights, and gliding in a two-seater is also possible. The Antique Aircraft Association from Birrfeld is planning a visit to Münster with its vintage aircraft.

There is also plenty to experience on the ground: Rega will be on site with its large bouncy castle and other insights into its work, providing an exciting offer for young and old. Young people can also gain exciting insights into the professional world of Skyguide and SWISS. For the more adventurous, the Obergoms rescue station will be running a harass climbing course.
