Feldenkrais on Monday

After a Feldenkrais© lessonon the mat, your joints and your

balance system will be perfectly prepared for gliding effortlessly, pushing off,

shifting your weight, and enjoying yourself on the cross-country ski trail.

You’ll need warm clothing, socks, and a terry cloth towel to use as a headrest.

In one-on-one Functional Integration© sessions, we can address your individual

questions and concerns.

Time: Group session 9:30–11:00 a.m., private session starting at 12:00 p.m.

Dates: Every Monday, from December 28, 2026, through the end of the cross-country skiing season
