The 3 1/2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house (original log-wood construction) in the Reckingen district of Uberrotten. The house is very close to the cross-country skiing trail, bicycle and hiking trails and at the entrance to the dreamy Blinnental. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station; 7 minutes to shopping facilities in the village. The apartment "Pletscha" is situated on green mats. The lawn behind the house can be used. The owners live on the 2nd floor and are often present.

- Die Wohnung wird für 1 - 3 bis max. 4 Personen nur wochenweise vermietet (von Samstag zu Samstag); ab 3 Wochen Preisreduktion. Keine Saisonmiete.
Der Wochenpreis ist ab 630.- (sommers) bzw. ab 840.- (winters) inklusive Parkplatz, Heizung, Wasser/Strom und WLAN - sowie exklusive Kurtaxen, Wäsche (Fr. 25.- pro Person) und Endreinigung (Fr. 120.- für 1 Woche, bzw. 200.- ab 2 Wochen).
Ein Mehrzweckraum mit Veloständern und Möglichkeit zum Ski-Wachsen steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Für die Anreise per Auto: eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden.
