Oberwald is easily accessible by public transport (the ‘Schulhaus’ bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the flat, Oberwald railway station is an 8-minute walk from the flat) and private transport all year round. There is a car park directly behind the house. The newly renovated flat is on the ground floor of an apartment block. Quiet location with views of the Tällihorn (from the bedroom) and the Pizzo Gallina (from the balcony). Shopping is possible in the Volg (also post office) during the main season on 7 days from 7 am to 7 pm. Two sports shops, the tourist information centre and the pizzeria ‘al Ponte’ are within walking distance. In winter there is a small children's ski lift next to the chapel and the cross-country ski trail starts 100 metres from the front door. In Münster and Geschinen (10 minutes by car) there is also a small ski area with 2 ski lifts.

The interior design and furnishings leave nothing to be desired: generously equipped kitchen with Bora cooktop, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, coffee machine, toaster, raclette oven, fondue set. A Swedish stove, TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, sofa bed with bedding storage, and reading chair with LED light complete the offer. The bedroom contains two single beds, and a bed drawer (single bed) can also be pulled out for an additional guest. There is enough space in the closet for clothes and sports equipment. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. A washing machine and tumbler are available in the bathroom.
In the basement, there is a storage room for skis, as well as a waxing room and a table tennis table including paddles and balls.
