The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating and individually adjustable thermostats in all rooms.

The top built-in kitchen is equipped with glass ceramic hob, granite top, GWM, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, water-egg boiler, fondue equipment, raclette echaud, toaster and many other appliances! A well-stocked selection of spices is at your disposal. The kitchen linen consists of 2 dish towels, 1 towel and 1 dishcloth.

The living room is furnished with a leather couch (not sofa bed), 2 leather recliners, ceramic coffee table, 50 inch QLED TV, ministereo system, LED floor lamp with reading lamp, large ceramic dining table and leather chairs. The living room wardrobe also offers space for your personal belongings. In addition, there is a well-stocked bookshelf and laser printer for your use overwifi.

With our new Smart-TV you can now watch programmes in replay with Zattoo, receive even more foreign language channels and you have a choice of various German media libraries.

The large bedroom (16 m2) has a 180 mtr bed, 2 bedside tables with LED lamps, 2 valets, 1 stool and a chair as well as 2 wardrobe compartments with 0.5 mtr shelves and 1 mtr for hanging clothes.

The bathroom has a bath, modern rimless toilet, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, towel radiator, hairdryer and a linen/seat box. The towelling set includes 4 towels, 4 flannels, 2 shower towels, 2 small towels, 1 cleaning cloth and a bath mat.

The garden seating area has a garden table, 4 chairs with cushions and a sun blind. It is well protected against the wind by 2 side walls. In summer there is an additional windproof sunshade and a relax lounger.

A parking space belongs to the flat. The house has a lift, ski wax/storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and is located directly by the cross-country ski runs.

Our letting period in winter is from mid-January to the beginning of March. In summer we only let the flat for 2 weeks (from mid-June to the beginning of September) for organisational reasons! The rest of the time we use the flat ourselves!
