Cancellation Policy
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest pays 100% of the package price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance together with the booking.
Payment Conditions
The deposit is 50% of the package price. This amount is due no later than 10 days after the booking. The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. Any additional incidental costs will be settled before arrival. The amounts of the deposit and remaining payment are outlined in your rental agreement.
Self-check-in from 16:00 to 19:00. We are available by phone until 19:00. Please let us know if you will arrive after 19:00.
Self-check-out until 09:00.
Check-in is done via a key box at the accommodation. The code will be provided before arrival.
Upon departure, please return the key to the key box.
