Cancellation Policy
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest pays 100% of the arrangement price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance along with the booking.
Payment Terms
The deposit is 50% of the arrangement price. This amount is due no later than 10 days after booking. The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. Any additional costs will be settled before arrival. The amounts for the deposit and remaining payment are specified in your rental agreement.
Self check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are available by phone until 7:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7:00 PM.
Self check-out until 9:00 AM.
Check-in takes place via a key box at the accommodation. The code will be provided before arrival.
Upon departure, please return the key to the key box.
