Cancellation Policy
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest pays 100% of the arrangement price.
We recommend taking out cancellation cost insurance in conjunction with the booking.
Payment Conditions
The deposit is 50% of the arrangement price. This amount is due no later than 10 days after booking. The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. Any additional incidental costs will be settled before arrival. The amounts of the deposit and final payment are specified in your rental agreement.
Self-check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are reachable by phone until 7:00 PM. Please let us know if you are arriving after 7:00 PM.
Self-check-out until 9:00 AM.
Check-in is done via a key box at the accommodation. The code will be provided before arrival.
Upon departure, please return the key to the key box.
