Chalet Bijou is located above Blitzingen in the settlement of Chastebiel at around 1500 m.a.s.l. The house offers a garden (with fireplace), various private outdoor seating areas and an additional balcony.
In winter, the cross-country skiing trail can be reached within 5 minutes by car. The skiing area Aletsch Arena can be reached via Fiesch in 15 minutes by car. In summer, the hiking and biking routes are right outside the front door. Public parking (free of charge) above the chalet within 5 minutes walking distance.
Note: Chalet Bijou is located at Chastebielstrasse 72. Google Maps shows the house number 19 instead of 72.

Cancellation conditions
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest pays 100% of the package price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance together with the booking.
Terms of payment
The deposit is 50% of the package price. This amount is due no later than 10 days after booking. The balance is payable by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. Any additional costs will be charged before arrival. The amounts of the deposit and final payment can be found in your rental contract.
Self-check-in from 4.00 - 7.00 p.m. We are available by telephone until 7 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7 p.m.
Self-check-out until 09:00 am.
Check-in is via a key box at the accommodation. The code will be given before arrival.
On departure, please lock the key back in the key box.
Chastebiel car park
During your stay, you can use the free public car park approx. 5 minutes' walk from the hotel (below the Hotel Castel).
Parking in the underground car park
A parking space is available to our guests in car park D, space H.
Attention: Maximum height 187cm (!)
Access to multi-storey car park D, space H (to the left of the pillar, labelled "Chalet Bijou"). Access is possible for everyone by pressing a button. The signposted path is a footpath (use at your own risk) to the chalet. We recommend that you bring your luggage to the chalet in advance. You can park your car in the green marked area for loading and unloading.
