The mountain hut Walibach 1680 meters above sea level is located in the middle of our beautiful alpine world in the Bieligertal on the Gommer Höhenweg, the first premium high-altitude trail in Switzerland.
If you are planning a day of hiking or just a longer walk, you have come to the right place!
Our small mountain hut can be reached in about an hour from Biel as well as from the Gommer Höhenweg.
Jürg Girsberger and Koni Bolleter look forward to spoiling you with snacks and drinks.
The season opening will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10.00 am.
