After the first few meters of altitude, the trail leaves the road and winds its way through the narrow valley towards **Kitt**, where the hiker already comes across the suspension bridge over the Aegina mountain stream. The Aegina is crossed twice up to **Ladstafel**. Here the hiker decides whether to return to his starting point by post bus or whether to continue his hike to the **Nufenen- or Griespass**.
