Here you will find the rules for using our cross-country ski trails:

- 1\. **Consideration**: Be considerate of less experienced participants. Do not endanger or obstruct anyone.
- 2\. **Signals and direction of travel**: Observe signals and instructions. Always walk in the direction indicated.
- 3\. **Choice of lane**: Getting on and off cleanly protects the lane. Keep to the right. In double or multiple lanes, the slower rider should keep to the right.
- 4\. **Overtaking**: On single lanes, overtake on the left side of the lane. On double lanes, use the left lane to overtake.
- 5\. **Oncoming traffic**: When there is oncoming traffic (runner in the same lane), move to the right.
