The campsites in the high valley offer tranquillity and an immersive nature experience. Some sites are located right on the Rhône or close to hiking and cycling trails as well as cross-country skiing tracks. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and anyone who prefers to keep things simple.

**Tourist tax**
---------------

Anyone staying in Goms is required to pay the tourist tax. This also applies to stays on campsites and designated pitches. Please use only official campsites and marked pitches. By doing so, you help protect our nature, landscape, and infrastructure.

A new ranger is now on duty in Goms – including on the mountain passes. They provide guests with information on site, answer questions, and can collect the tourist tax directly.
